I would certainly recommend the Dolls clinic to everyone who wants to improve the appearance of their body. From the first day of my stay, I was provided with professional care, starting with the nice ladies at the reception, nurses and a doctor. I received detailed answers to all my inquiries. I have already had surgery, but so far the dedicated staff is helping me get back into shape. I am very satisfied and will definitely go back there. Thank you to all the staff for their great work. Special thanks to Dr. Richard T. Vagley. Doctor, you are amazing.

I’m very happy with my results although it’s only been almost two weeks. Dr Vagley was very professional and gave me his honest opinion. However, I only have one concern was when I came back the next day after my surgery to get my massage done was that she told me I did not need to put back in my fajita. I asked why she said get one on your way out. I was like “ what does that have to do with me not putting it back on” so she just said it again and kind of rushed me out.

I got a mommy make over done with Dr. Vagely and he was super sweet and very informative on the details of my surgery. After the surgery I had to get lymphatic massages done by Olga and she was amazing and made me feel as comfortable as she could. All the girls are very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend Dolls if you’re looking to get any kinds of cosmetic surgery done.

I am impressed with Dr Masri. Even though we changed up a few of my procedures. I did go with his recommendations and am pleased so far. I appreciate the fact that he and his post-op team are very communicative when it comes to the healing process and any questions I had after my procedure was complete. I Iiked Dr Masri's approach. He is very frank and honest person. Im only 2 weeks post-op so I will update once my wounds have healed and my final results show. Only 2 hiccups in the mommy make-over journey with this clinic. One was that the finance lady tried to make pay the "deposit" fee again after I had told her that it was the 1st thing I paid 9 months prior to booking my surgery date. She insisted that I pay this $250 contract fee. But I had all my receipts and showed her that was the first payment I made months ago. They made me pay in full 1 week prior to eve getting my surgery done. But the english language barrier was probably a factor in her confusion. I stood my ground and she eventually understood and stopped asking me to repay a fee that was already paid. Last hiccup was the next day post-op appointment, they sent me a text and called to confirm my 8am appointment and upon arrival told me that my appointment was for 9. This was after I had been sitting there in the waiting room for an hour and decided to ask what the hold up was. But Dr Masri showed up around 9:30 and was very apologetic so I was no longer upset, he and I joked around a bit. I get that things happen. So I didnt let that effect my rating but thought it was worth mentioning. Everyone I spoke to at the clinic was nice and polite. The nurse was very nice and seemed concerned about my well-being. Good job Dolls Plastic Surgery!

I have TOO much to say about Dolls Plastic Surgery. First and foremost let me start by saying Dr Berman definitely did me justice. No complaints about the surgery what so ever. Other than the surgery everything else was a complete MESS!!!! From the beginning my coordinator was extremely slow with answering my questions, she barely knew basic medical terminology and promised me she would be on top of everything and surely, was not. When it came for payment I originally was going to finance through Alpheon or Care Credit. I was never aware that they’re going to charge you an extra $600-$1,000 for financing because no one communicated anything at that place. I ended up paying with a regular credit/ debit card which I then got my original “cash price”… fast forward to my pre op appointment, let me tell you NO ONE there spoke proper English besides the surgeon and one other lady. I think it’s great to have Spanish speaking people obviously but it’s a shame that no one there can even hold a simple conversation in English. They were literally using Google translate to communicate with me which was extremely unsettling…. The pre op urine test was in a disgusting PUBLIC bathroom, and when it came time to go over the accounting/ payment documents (at pre op) again, she barely spoke English, but I then became aware my coordinator never told me about the MANDATORY surgical package which includes the faja you wake up in, bbl pillow, boards and foams which they tried to charge me $500 for… I already purchased boards, foams and a pillow before hand so asked what the price of the faja was and she said if I don’t get the whole package together each item individually would be way more expensive. At that point I was livid. I called my coordinator and ultimately got that fee waived because why would I pay for something I was never aware of in the first place? Now comes time for my actual surgery: my surgery was at 1pm, which whatever, but you have to fast for 12 hours prior to surgery so I was waiting all morning without eating/ or drinking even a sip. While I was going to change into my surgical gown, cap, and slippers there were people in the hallway eating and seemingly just “hanging out”, you again, have to change in a nasty public restroom (which is alarming going into surgery because everything should be clean)…. Surgery went well - no complains there, again, Berman did me great!!! POST OP was the worst of them all. I go into my post op appointment which was for 9am and there were a couple other girls there in the general waiting room. When I met with the medical assistant or whatever she was for pre op (name is Norri) she said she would be doing my post op appointment which she didn’t. The ONLY thing that my post op appointment consisted of was a HORRENDOUS massage. I wasn’t checked on by any medical staff which is not okay at all. The massage was the worst pain I have ever experienced in my life, absolutely horrible compared to the surgery (I have a very high pain tolerance and have had numerous amounts of surgery’s mainly injury related) again, my massage lady didn’t speak English…. I was extremely rushed during massage, I was damn near about to pass out and she couldn’t care less. She stuck the end of a wooden q-tip in my incisions which you are not supposed to do and just was WAY too rough for only being 17 hours post op. Overall Dr. Berman gave me a good experience but EVERY OTHER ASPECT OF DOLLS is a complete and utter discombobulated mess. I’m very thankful I went with Dr Berman but unfortunately I am not thankful I went to Dolls…..
